Adele Crane

A personal mentor

Adele Crane is a business leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for rural businesses. She is part of a fifth-generation farming family with a deep history in equine breeding and competition.

She brings an accomplished corporate career, building an international consulting firm operating in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and some areas of Asia. With a focus on industrial businesses and technology, assisting companies in extending their reach offshore. 

Adele’s training and experience in finance, sales and marketing provided an whole of business view to revenue generation and understanding of the levers required to achieve rapid growth or turnaround distressed businesses.

My Corporate Career

In her corporate career, in 1990, she founded and led Sales Focus International, a consultancy she built from the ground up to assist organisations in improving productivity, increasing effectiveness, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. 

With an international client base spanning multiple industries, she developed a global perspective on how businesses can unlock new opportunities and compete successfully in evolving markets. 

Crane worked closely with more than 200 business owners and CEOs to sharpen commercial strategy, strengthen performance, and open pathways to expansion. Her approach focused on practical execution — assisting businesses in improving outcomes, scaling successfully, and creating long-term value. 

Adele is an author of three books:

She is passionate about strengthening regional economies by enabling rural enterprises to access broader markets, diversify revenue streams, and build sustainable futures for their communities. Her work highlights the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation beyond metropolitan centres.
